This is to certify that Ms. Reshma Varghese was employed at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, Kottayam, as a Higher Secondary School Teacher (Mathematics) from 1 June 2019 to 31 March 2026.
During this period she taught Mathematics to classes XI and XII, served as class teacher for XII-B in 2024-25, and coordinated the school's mathematics club. She was a full-time, regular employee.
Her conduct and performance were very good. She left the school on her own resignation to take up a position elsewhere, and all dues have been settled.

No stamp paper. School or college letterhead, seal and signature of the Principal or Manager. For Kerala PSC, the experience certificate must be in the PSC-prescribed format if the notification says so.

Kerala PSC wants a specific format — is this enough?PSC notifications often attach a proforma with the school code and the Manager/Principal's countersignature. Use this letter for private applications and the PSC proforma for PSC.
Guest lecturer experience — same letter?Yes, but say "guest faculty" clearly and give the hours or periods per week.
Can a school refuse to give it?A school can delay, but refusing a service certificate invites complaints to the education department. Ask in writing.
