Refund policy

If the PDF or Word file you paid for is faulty — it will not open, is blank, or does not match what you saw in the free preview — tell us within 7 days of payment and we will fix the file or refund the ₹149 in full.

Because you can read the whole agreement free before paying, we do not refund for a change of mind, for details you typed incorrectly, or because you later decided not to rent the property. You can change any detail yourself in the Word file.

How to ask

Email us from the contact page with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_") and what went wrong. Refunds are sent to the same payment method within 5–7 working days once approved.
