Some banks and housing finance companies ask salaried applicants for an NOC from their employer confirming employment and that the employer has no objection to the loan or to salary deduction. It is common for home loans, loans against salary and for employees of companies with their own loan schemes.

This is to certify that Ms. Divya Menon (Employee ID 1178) is a permanent employee of Infotrail Solutions Private Limited, working as Project Lead since 15 June 2019. Her gross monthly salary is Rs. 95,000.
The company has no objection to Ms. Divya Menon availing a home loan from your bank. The company has no claim on her salary other than statutory deductions, and no loan is outstanding against her with the company.
This certificate is issued at her request and does not create any liability on the company.

No stamp paper. Letterhead, signed and sealed. Banks sometimes ask for the HR's contact number for verification.
No. The NOC only says the employer has no objection; it is not a guarantee. The sample says so explicitly.
Print it on plain paper with the company name, address and GSTIN/CIN at the top, and stamp it.
