To whom it may concern,
I, Joseph Antony, son of Antony Varghese, am the owner of the premises at Door No. 14/221, First Floor, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala 682025, as per the electricity bill (consumer no. 1148xxxxx) in my name.
I have let out the said premises to Mr. Sanjay Kumar, proprietor of Bluehill Traders, under a rent agreement dated 1 April 2026.
I have no objection to Mr. Sanjay Kumar using the above address as the principal place of business of Bluehill Traders for GST registration, and for any other registration or licence required for the business.
This NOC is given for the purpose of registration only and does not alter the terms of the rent agreement.
Signed
Joseph Antony, Owner

Common questions
The property is in my father's name — do I need this?Yes. GST treats it as "consent" premises; upload his NOC plus his ownership proof.
Can a co-owner alone give the NOC?Better to have all owners sign. If only one signs, GST may raise a query.
Does the rent agreement replace the NOC?For GST, a registered rent agreement is usually enough. An NOC is needed when there is no agreement or the agreement is in a different name.
