When you need this
Text copied from a PDF often arrives with a line break after every line and double spaces between words. Emails forwarded many times gather blank lines. This tool fixes both in one paste.
Options
- Double spaces → one collapses runs of spaces or tabs inside a line.
- Trim line ends removes spaces at the start and end of each line.
- Extra blank lines keeps at most one empty line between paragraphs.
- Join all lines turns everything into one paragraph — use it for PDF text with a break on every line.
Common questions
Will it change my words?
No. Only spaces, tabs and line breaks are touched.
Can I remove all spaces?
Not here; that is rarely wanted. For code or data, a find-and-replace in your editor does it.
